INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 large egg
PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet (s).
Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes or until a thin crust forms covering all of the cookie.
